Abstract:
he article examines the process of forming hotel services in the Russian Federation from the point of view of the standardization system for the reception and service of tourists from China as a special consumer segment of the tourism market. In addition to the state system of hotel classification, the standards of the China friendly program can be used as one of the elements of standardization for tourists from China. The purpose of this work is to identify the current areas for improving the standards of hotel services for tourists from China as a special consumer segment of the tourism market. The results of the work include: analysis of the standardization systems in hotel enterprises in various countries when accommodating foreign tourists; systematization of the requirements for servicing foreign tourists according to the Friendly service standards; detailing the requirements for hotel enterprises when servicing Chinese tourists in the Russian Federation. The scientific novelty of the study is the author's approach to the formation of internal standards and procedures in a hotel enterprise. The practical significance lies in the actualization of the application of the China Friendly program standards in the border territories of the Russian Federation.
