    <p>В условиях усиления антропогенного воздействия на окружающую среду экологическая безопасность приобретает особую актуальность как научная, политическая и правовая категория. Её растущее значение обусловлено необходимостью адекватного реагирования на глобальные экологические вызовы, а также эволюцией общественного сознания, развитием междисциплинарных экологических исследований и укреплением механизмов международного сотрудничества в сфере охраны природы. Цель исследования: выявить историческую траекторию концепций экологической безопасности, систематизировать и проанализировать закономерности их формирования, развития и трансформации в контексте обеспечения защиты окружающей среды и устойчивого взаимодействия общества и природы. Объект исследования: экологическая безопасность как междисциплинарный феномен в контексте исторического развития общества и природоохранной политики. Предмет исследования: историческая эволюция концепций экологической безопасности. Авторами предложена и обоснована новая концепция экологической безопасности: &quot;экономически обоснованная экологическая безопасность&quot;, представляющая собой комплексный подход, интегрирующий экономические критерии в процессы разработки и реализации природоохранных мер. Концепция направлена на достижение оптимального баланса между экономическим развитием и сохранением природных ресурсов за счёт минимизации экологических рисков и экономических издержек для государства и бизнеса при обеспечении долгосрочной экологической устойчивости.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>In the context of increased anthropogenic impact on the environment, environmental safety is becoming particularly relevant as a scientific, political and legal category. Its growing importance is due to the need for an adequate response to global environmental challenges, as well as the evolution of public consciousness, the development of interdisciplinary environmental research and the strengthening of mechanisms for international cooperation in the field of nature conservation. The purpose of the study is to identify the historical trajectory of environmental safety concepts, systematize and analyze the patterns of their formation, development and transformation in the context of ensuring environmental protection and sustainable interaction between society and nature. Object of research: environmental safety as an interdisciplinary phenomenon in the context of the historical development of society and environmental policy. The subject of the research is the historical evolution of environmental safety concepts. The authors propose and substantiate a new concept of environmental safety: &quot;economically sound environmental safety, which is an integrated approach that integrates economic criteria into the processes of developing and implementing environmental protection measures. The concept aims to achieve an optimal balance between economic development and conservation of natural resources by minimizing environmental risks and economic costs for the state and business while ensuring long-term environmental sustainability.</p>
