Abstract (English):
The article presents the results of a study conducted on the development of a business process model for an organization providing consulting services. Modern operating conditions of commercial or ganizations and the high level of competitiveness of the external environment require the development or improvement of modified management methods for commercial organizations, especially taking into account the specifics of the activities of organizations providing consulting services. The purpose of the study was to substantiate the choice of a systematic approach to managing an organization, taking into account the use of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of an organization's business processes based on KPIs. The article examines approaches to the concept of "business process" from a theoretical point of view, analyzes indicators and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of business processes. Based on the analysis of the conceptual framework, scientific approaches and the specifics of the organization providing consulting services, the following was formed.
