Abstract:
The article discusses the problem of developing digital competencies among young teachers at a technical university in the context of digital transformation of higher education. The purpose of the study is to provide a theoretical basis and an empirical analysis of the level and characteristics of the development of digital competencies, as well as to identify the pedagogical conditions that influence this process. The methodological framework is based on the theory of professional and pedagogical competence and the concept of digital transformation of education. The scientific novelty of the study lies in clarifying the structure of digital competencies and identifying the factors that influence their development. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using its findings in the development of advanced training programs and support models for young teachers.
