Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Airport accessibility is one of the key factors influencing passenger satisfaction with air transport services due to the objective conditions of airport operations. This study highlights the necessity of considering airport accessibility as a complex system based on the interaction of multiple factors, whose development is only possible with a comprehensive approach. A set of factors affecting airport accessibility is characterized and systematized into three key groups: technical, economic, and informational. Based on an analysis of passenger opinions and the potential for airports to manage influencing factors, the study demonstrates the role of information services and the quality of informational support in the context of airport accessibility. Taking into account regulatory requirements for passenger services across different modes of transport and factors affecting the quality of in-formational services, a nomenclature of quality indicators for information services is devel-oped, suitable for assessing airport accessibility. Furthermore, marketing research aimed at identifying the most significant indicators was con-ducted, leading to the definition of key requirements for the quality of passenger information services in airports. These requirements can be applied in the development of information ser-vice standards for aviation enterprises.
